Union Nationale Des Caisses Rurales D'Epargne Et De Pret ("UNACREP") is the umbrella organization of the Rural Savings and Loan Funds ("CREP"). UNACREP operates under the status of a mutual institution or savings and credit cooperative. Founded on the principles of union, solidarity and mutual assistance, UNACREP, through its basic entities, offers its members the services of savings collection, credit granting, community awareness for social awakening and financial education. It has a seventy-five (75) service points spread across the twelve (12) departments of Benin.

UNACREP has formed a partnership with a local clean cooking solutions provider, and is actively pursuing further partnerships to offer its customers improved efficiency biomass cookstoves as well as LPG solutions.
